Calyx Point Import Instructions- Log into your website admin and save your Borroware Loan File to your local file system (if not already saved).
- Launch Point (if not already running).
- Create a new Borrower (if Main Panel not shown, select File->New->Loan->Borrower).
- Select the New File button on the popup dialog box.
- Select Menu option: File->Import from->Fannie Mae...
- Select "All Files" from "Files of Type" drop down
- Select the saved loan application and click OK.
- Dialog should appear stating: "File Imported"
Encompass Import Instructions- Log into your website admin and save your Borroware Loan File to your local file system (if not already saved).
- Launch Encompass (if not already running).
- If the Pipeline tab isn’t the current active tab, click Pipeline.
- Click the import button within Encompass (at the top of the screen).
- Select "Fannie Mae 3.x" option
- Select the saved loan application you decrypted earlier and click OK.
Common ProblemsI imported the loan file into Point but there is no data
This will happen if you import the file in an incorrect format. When you are on Step 4 of the Point importing instructions make sure you selected
Menu option: File->Import from->Fannie Mae...
If you select Menu option: File->Import from->Point For Dos, Point will state that the file imported (even though it did not), and there will be no data.
