When a client submits a Borroware® Online application, the Broker and the agent that it is branded to can get the completed loan file by logging into the MMG Custom Sites admin area.

To download your loan file/s to your LOS, perform the steps below.

1. Log into your admin page at https://mmg.morsystems.com/config/.
2. Click on "Download Borroware to Your L.O.S."
3. Find the row for this loan and click on the link labeled "Borrower".
4. When the file download pop-up appears, click "Save" to save the loan file to your computer.

Note: When a loan is for unmarried co-borrowers a "Co-Borrower" link will appear. Be sure to click on it and download the co-borrower loan file as well.

Once loan file(s) are saved to your computer, you may import them into your LOS at any time.

This will happen if you import the file in an incorrect format. When you are on Step 4 of the Point importing instructions make sure you selected
Menu option: File->Import from->Fannie Mae...
If you select Menu option: File->Import from->Point For Dos, Point will state that the file imported (even though it did not), and there will be no data.
