Domains: Updating DNS Records For
Clients not using MorSystems Webmail
Domain Name System (DNS) Settings for clients NOT using MorSystems Webmail In order for your website to resolve to your new site, you must notify your registrar that the 'A Record' for your domain name needs to be pointed to the MorSystems' website server ip address of 216.139.232.129. Make sure that they point both the domain as well as the subdomain of www there.
Once you have updated this information, allow your registrar time to update their systems (usually between 24 and 48 hours), and allow time for the information to propagate throughout the Internet, which usually takes 2-3 days.
example: If your domain for your website is abcmortgage.com. Make sure to point the 'A Record' for abcmortgage.com as well as www.abcmortgage.com at the ip address of 216.139.232.129.
