Under the "Tools" menu, select "Accounts". Select "Pop". Enter your Name, email address, password, and mail server settings as shown in the image below. Enter your actual email address where it says "your full email here".

Under Pop setting enter the following...

Account ID	(your email address)
POP Server	pop.everyone.net
Password	(your password)

Enter smtp.everyone.net in the SMTP server field and then click on the "Click here for Advanced Sending Options" button. Enter the following.

Server Name	smtp.everyone.net
SMTP server requires authentication.	Must be checked
Use same settings as receiving mail server	Must be checked
Override default SMTP port	optional (Default port is 25. If you are having problems sending out emails try the alternate port of 2525)
