Note: If you are unable to connect to your webmail, but the status shows "Available" click on the above link that says "Notes". This may show more information such as specific internet providers that may be having issues connecting to the webmail server.

The above mail server status only applies to MMG Custom Sites using MMG Custom Sites webmail service. In order to use the webmail service you must be using an email address that ends in the domain name that MMG Custom Sites is hosting for you ,someone@yourdomain.com. If your company has chosen to use an independent mail server or if you, as an agent or employee, have entered an email address other than one that matches you company domain (ie: @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com, @aol.com), MMG Custom Sitess cannot provide any additional support.

Note: Webmail accounts will not be created if you have chosen to maintain your own corporate mail server. If you choose to use our webmail during the signup process, all email for your domain will be routed to the new webmail server (once you have made your DNS changes).
