I uploaded an image, but when I go to the my website it doesn't appear.
When you upload a logo or photograph it must match the specifications listed. If the format of the file you are uploading is not a .jpg or .gif format or the the image's size is larger than specified, the image will automatically be converted. While this will work, the image may not be visible to users of the AOL browser.
If you still cannot see your uploaded image, verify that the color mode of the image you are uploading is set to RGB. Images in set to the CMYK color mode will not display properly within your website.

I received an email with a completed Borroware® file. How do I extract the file so I can import the data in to my LOS?
Only agents and processors selected by the broker can extract a Borroware® file.
The MMG Custom Sites admininstration login page keeps asking me to log in or I am asked to log in again as I click on links with the administration pages.

How do I create email addresses for my staff?
If you have signed up to use webmail through MorSystems, a webmail account will be created by doing the following...
- Add the person/s to your website as a staff person in your MorSystems admin area.
- The email address that you assign to your staff person must end in the domain name that MorSystems is hosting for you.
Are there any limitations to the number of emails I can send from my webmail account?Yes. Your MMG Custom Sites webmail account limits the number of messages that can be sent each day.
