A password is issued to each user for your website. This password allows access to various portions of the administration sections of your website and access to your email account.

To retrieve your password, go to the login page for your website, click on the "forgotten your password?" link and enter your login name to retrieve your password hint. You can access the login page from the "config" link in the footer of any page on your website or directly by accessing www.yourdomain.com/config/.

note: Your login name is the same as your email address. If you have forgotten your login name or cannot login even after retrieving your password hint, contact your broker to reset your password or retrieve your login name. If you still require assistance, complete a trouble ticket.

Only a broker has access to the Borroware® passwords.
